A video is going viral which shows a woman throwing her cigarette butt out of the car and a man walks in throws it back into the car.
Magnus Land from Perth not only confronts the woman for throwing the cigarette butt out but also throws it back. The entire video was recording through dash camera and was shared on Facebook.

The man wrote- “So I was at the lights and this poor lady’s cigarette accidentally fell out of her hand onto the road. Being the gentleman I am, I got out picked up the cig and kindly returned it to her.”
The video has more than 100k views and many users have commented on the video praising Magnus for his act, called him the Australian of the year.
Under the Litter Act of 1979, littering can lead to a fine of $500 in Australia.
“The registered owner of the vehicle is considered to have committed the offence unless they can give the name of any person authorised by the registered owner to use the vehicle at that time,” a spokesperson of Keep Australia Beautiful WA was quoted by PerthNow.
