Actress Tamannah Bhatia who is in the industry for a very long time now has maintained a healthy diet throughout her career.
The ‘Bahubali’ actress has recently revealed the secret of her daily diet to a leading website.
This is what she had to say: “For breakfast, I like a decent sized smoothie bowl. I add some dry fruits, and some bananas or berries to it – that keeps me full for quite some time. For lunch, “ghar ka khaana”, preferably lentils, vegetable curry and rice. For dinner, I like to keep it as light as possible, munching on some dates and nuts, by 6 pm. It is hard but worth it”.
“Initially, All I think about is food and what I’m going to eat next! Like I’ve mentioned before, I’m not blessed with a naturally petite frame, and I work hard for it. I can’t get away with eating as much as I want, and I have to maintain a strict diet. With time, I started loving the taste of healthy foods and has begun to enjoy it.”
On the work front, Tamannah has six projects in her kitty including two big projects- That Is Mahalakshmi, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
