1. Cooked rice – 1 cup
2. Grate carrot – ¼ cup
3. Grate cabbage – ¼
4. Chipped onion- ¼ cup
5. Green chilli- 2
6. Grated Ginger – ½ tsp
7. Salt – To taste
8. Besan flour- ¼ cup
9. Oil – deep frying
1) Take a shallow pan, add 1 tsp of oil and add the all above vegetables and saute well
2) In a bowl add the cooked rice and Sautéed vegetables.
3) Now add besan flour and salt. Mix well.
4) Pour oil in a deep pan and keep the flame in medium.
5) Make the mixture into small balls and fry till Golden brown.
6) Serve with tomato sauce.
