More than an actor, Kamal Haasan has always won our hearts for being a doting father and allowing his daughters to follow their passion. Both Sarika and Kamal had made sure to be there for their kids through all the thick and thin so far but their divorce did hurt their kids.
In an exclusive interview to an online portal, Akshara Haasan opened up about her parents Kamal Haasan and Sarika’s divorce that ended the 16-year-old relationship.
The actress told that ” Like any child, it (the divorce) was a heartbreaking moment. It felt like the world (had) ended, which any child would normally feel,”. The actress attributes to that moment for shaping up her personality, she said “It made me what I am today. It made me stronger and I can deal with the world better.”
Akshara Haasan who made her acting debut in 2015 with the Balki-directed Shamitabh, made her debut in Kollywood in 2017 by playing a significant role in the ‘Siruthai’ Siva-directed Ajith Kumar-starrer ‘Vivegam’.
Now, The actress will be next seen in the Vikram-starrer ‘Kadaram Kondan’.
