First time since 1995, no SRK movie in highest grossers of all time list!

The king Shahrukh Khan is probably the most loved actor from the Bollywood. The actor has produced hits like nobody starting from Baazigar. His Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge has been the cult classic for all the generations. The actor has also given us movies like Chak de India which made the fans to get back to the theatres. We can write down a lot of movies for sure but unfortunately, Shahrukh Khan has been overtaken by quite a few stars in recent times, blame his downhill. The actor’s biggest hit came with Chennai Express which was years ago from then on, the actor couldn’t produce a big blockbuster. In fact, since 2015, 6 Shah Rukh Khan movies have released out of which 3 were a flop and 4 failed to even reach the Rs 100 crore mark.

Meanwhile, the other Khans- Aamir and Salman- has attained stardom with a lot of movies easily touching the 100-crore mark.

Shah Rukh Khan’s highest grossing film Chennai Express (2013) stands at no. 11th position with the collections of Rs 227.13 crore. And if we add the highest grossing film in “Hindi” language which is Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017) with collections of Rs 510.99 crore then the Shah Rukh Khan starrer slips further to the 12th position.

As far as the list of highest grossing Hindi films at the worldwide box office is concerned, Shah Rukh Khan just about makes it to the tenth spot with Chennai Express collecting Rs 424.54 crore.

We believe this is just a rough patch for the king. The love and affection we all have for him is unexplainable and he will bounce back soon for sure.
